A seasoned legal professional, Kodichi specializes in intellectual property, data privacy, entertainment, and technology law. She has extensive experience guiding clients through the identification, protection, and strategic commercialisation of IP assets. Her work includes negotiating complex IP agreements and drafting and reviewing high‑level documentation for IP‑driven transactions. She is widely recognized for her strategic thinking, precision, and deep commercial insight across multiple industries.

Kodichi has served as production counsel on multiple film projects for leading industry players, ensuring the legal integrity of creative works and safeguarding stakeholder interests throughout the production lifecycle. She is a CIPP/E‑certified privacy professional through the International Association of Privacy Professionals and advises organizations on data protection compliance. Her work spans regulatory audits, compliance reviews, and advising on operational frameworks. To date, she has assessed more than 60 companies on data compliance. Kodichi also provides regulatory and compliance advisory support to technology companies, assisting with the development of proprietary technology solutions and leading the drafting and negotiation of critical commercial and technology agreements. In addition to her advisory work, Kodichi delivers specialized training on intellectual property, entertainment law, and data privacy, and she has authored several thought‑leadership articles in these fields.
