Marko is a Patent Attorney and Managing Partner at Sonnenberg Harrison, where he advises clients on securing and managing intellectual property portfolios. His career began at the European Patent Office, giving him a strong foundation at the intersection of technology, law, and business. Over the years, he has supported deep-tech start-ups, SMEs, and multinational companies, focusing on aligning IP protection with technical and commercial goals. Marko is passionate about translating complex technical ideas into robust, enforceable IP assets. In addition to his practice, he lectures on IP in digital technologies and contributes to the development of young IP professionals through his role as Chair of YMC in LES International.
