Andrew Conway is a former international rugby union player who competed at the highest level of professional sport for over a decade. A proven elite performer, he represented Munster with distinction and earned 30 international caps for Ireland, scoring 15 tries on the world stage.

Following his retirement from professional rugby, Andrew transitioned into performance strategy, applying the principles of elite sport—discipline, clarity, resilience, and execution—to business and leadership environments. He is the Founder of 5XFlow, a performance strategy firm dedicated to helping high-achievers unlock sustained excellence.

Through 5XFlow, Andrew partners with elite athletes and senior executive leaders to build internal authority, operational clarity, and high-performance execution systems. His client base includes international athletes, British & Irish Lions, former All Blacks, and senior leaders such as CEOs, founders, partners, and vice presidents across multiple industries.
