Attorney at Law with an LL.M. in Business Law and over 18 years of experience in Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer. She advises companies, research institutions, and public entities on the protection, commercialization, and strategic management of innovation.

She is a Founding Partner of Andes IP, where she leads the Patents, Litigation, and Technology Transfer practice, supporting startups and scale-ups in fundraising and international expansion. She is also a Founding Partner of Andes Datatec and co-founder of Juno Pharmaceuticals SpA and Therakles Pharmaceuticals AG.

She serves as Co-Chair of the LES Americas Committee and is actively engaged in international licensing and innovation ecosystems. She also contributes to gender diversity initiatives as a board member of OMECH and ambassador of Woman Board Up.
Her practice focuses on licensing, complex negotiations, litigation, and IP-driven growth strategies across industries and jurisdictions.
