Damian is a partner in the Corporate & Commercial team of Beauchamps LLP, one of Ireland’s leading law firms. He is a recognised specialist in franchising, advising both franchisors and franchisees on the negotiation and documentation of franchise agreements across sectors including retail, food and beverage, and business services.

Damian’s franchise practice is informed by his broader expertise in commercial agreements, including software licensing, IT outsourcing, and IP commercialisation. Having spent several years as in-house counsel in the technology sector, he brings a practical, commercially focused perspective to negotiations-understanding the pressures and priorities that clients face on both sides of the table.

In addition to his franchise work, Damian collaborates with leading tax advisory firms on the design and implementation of efficient IP holding structures, and advises on technology agreements including software development and IT infrastructure support.
