Irmgard Nemec-Stadtmann is an attorney-at-law at HERBST KINSKY Rechtsanwälte GmbH in Vienna, Austria, specializing in trademark law, marketing law, unfair competition law, and e-commerce. She advises companies in particular on the development and protection of effective trademark portfolios as well as on the legally compliant implementation of marketing measures. A key focus of Irmgard’s practice lies in advising companies on the legally compliant use of environmental and sustainability-related claims (“green claims”) in advertising and commercial communications.

Irmgard’s expertise also includes advising on commercialization strategies and drafting commercial and IP-related agreements, in particular license agreements, cooperation agreements, customer agreements (B2B and B2C) and research and development (R&D) agreements.
