Dario Paschetta is senior counsel on antitrust & IP at RPLT RP Legalitax (Turin, Italy). He has extensive experience in providing both in-court and out-of-court legal assistance to national and international companies and research centres in the fields of antitrust and intellectual property, with a particular focus on contract law.

He is also an expert in the energy sector, covering all aspects of regulation and contract law, with a particular focus on natural gas and district heating.

He graduated from the University of Turin. In 2006, he obtained an LL.M. from the London School of Economics (LSE) and in 2015 worked as a legal advisor at the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).

He is a member of LES Italia (Licensing Executives Society), of which he is currently President. He is a member of the Italian Association for District Heating (AIRU) and of AIPPI. He publishes regularly in various national and international legal journals.

Since 2022, he has been Managing Editor of the University of Turin’s “Journal of Law, Market and Innovation (JLMI)”. Since 2021, he has been a lecturer in competition law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Turin and is a contract professor of industrial law on the Master’s degree course in Plant Biotechnology at the same university.
