Levente is a partner at Danubia Group, and the managing director of Danubia IP. He joined Danubia in 2012 and is currently responsible for the IP Valuation and IP management services within the firm. Levente has more than 10 years of in-depth experience in IP valuation. He has led numerous IP valuation projects which have included transfer pricing, accounting, fund raising as well as M&A transaction and litigation assignments with respect to different forms of intellectual property across multiple sectors of industry.

He is also a member of the Hungarian Council of Copyright Experts where he conducts expert witness activity during judicial procedures on copyright valuation issues. He is a regular speaker and trainer in the field of IP Valuation.

He has extensive knowledge about the attributes of different forms of Intellectual Property, having dealt a lot with IP law and IP strategy, maintaining a focus on how IP can be used in business as a strategic tool. He has experience in negotiating and structuring tech-transfer transactions, and has been working with multinational companies from Asia, North-America and Western Europe in setting up and optimizing their cross-border IP management processes, with special consideration to the regulation of inventions under employment, taxation and transfer pricing.

He is president of LES-Hungary and vice-chair of the LESI IP Valuation Committee.
He is a founding member and currently vice president of AMAVI (Association for Management and Valuation of Intangibles), where he drives the project aimed at creating and operating the first international certificate focusing on IP valuation.
