Kieran is a Board-level biopharma executive with over 35 years international management experience in the biopharma space, most recently in Board, senior executive and advisory roles, providing guidance on strategic acquisitions/investments, divestments and M&A to biopharma companies and investors. He led corporate strategy and development at NASDAQ-listed Amryt Pharma, building the company from the ground-up through a series of corporate transactions, leading to the sale to Chiesi Farmaceutici in 2023 for $1.48B in one of the largest and most successful European biopharma exits of the past 10 years. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Oranda Therapeutics.
