Brody Sweeney is an experienced Irish Entrepreneur, who has been involved in franchising his entire career. From running a Master Franchise of a Print Shop chain in Ireland, to founding and expanding the O’Briens Sandwich Bar chain, which grew to 350 outlets in 16 countries, including a significant Asian business. He currently has founded and owns the Camile Thai Kitchen chain, the largest chain of Thai restaurants in the UK and Ireland. He is a past director of Paddy Power PLC (now Flutter – the largest gambling company in the world), and Bord Bia the Irish Food board. He’s a keen sailor, and lives with his family in Dublin.
