Ning Xu is the licensing director in the IP strategy department of Xiaomi Group. Since joining Xiaomi in 2017, he has gained substantial experience in IP by managing numerous patent licensing projects and conducting a significant amount of SEP evaluations. Before joining Xiaomi, Ning Xu worked at China Mobile Research Institute and at Motorola China Labs, both as a senior technical expert and project manager in the field of wireless and mobile communication systems. He earned his undergraduate and PhD degrees from Beijing University of Post and Telecommunications, China.
