Ms. Yu is a seasoned expert in intellectual property with over a decade of experience in 3G/4G/5G standard research.

She has been deeply involved in international standardization organizations such as 3GPP2, 3GPP, and ITU-T, serving as Vice Chair of 3GPP2 TSGC WG2 and receiving the “Technical Contribution Award”. She is also a co-author of the book “Narrowband IoT (NB-IoT) Standards and Key Technologies”.

Since transitioning to IP practice in 2016, Ms. Yu has played a key role in OPPO’s patent litigation, licensing and high value portfolio relevant affairs. She has provided strategic, legal and technical support, successfully resolving global IP disputes with companies like Sharp, Nokia, and Panasonic, and has helped establish OPPO’s strong reputation and competitive edge in this field.
