Ada Sofie Altobelli is a Swiss-qualified attorney and Senior Legal Counsel specialising in intellectual property, arbitration and complex commercial negotiations. She works in-house on commercial matters, including intellectual property. In addition, Ada acts as an arbitrator in intellectual property disputes (UPC PMAC) and sports-related disputes (Swiss Sports Tribunal), bringing an adjudicator’s perspective to negotiation and dispute prevention. Her doctoral research focuses on intellectual property and arbitration. She is actively involved in international professional networks and regularly engages in discussions on current and emerging issues in IP and arbitration.
