Emanuela Bianco is a name partner of Saglietti Bianco and a prominent figure in Italian litigation. Known for her expertise in multi-jurisdictional IP litigation and arbitration, she has successfully managed numerous patents, design and trademark cases in both Italian courts and the European Court of Justice.
Emanuela holds a Ph.D. in Intellectual Property and Competition Law and is fully qualified as an Attorney-at-Law in Italy, in the European Union, UPC Representative, and in the list of Neutrals of the PMAC as Member of Arbitral Tribunal. She is also a Trademark and Design Attorney.
With a law degree from the University of Torino (summa cum laude) and research experience at Harvard Law School and Oxford University (New College), Emanuela is fluent in four languages— English, German, French, and Italian. She frequently speaks at national and international conferences on topics including patent litigation strategies, trade secrets, software, design and trademarks.
