Francion specialises in EU and UK competition law and litigation.
She has significant experience in complex, high-value competition disputes, particularly for clients in the life sciences and technology sectors. She also has over 10 years’ experience acting in FRAND matters, with a particular focus on the competition law and economic valuation aspects of those cases.
Francion advises on merger control and engagement with the CMA, including investigations and market studies. She also has experience advising on the CMA’s powers under the DMCC Act, both in respect to consumer enforcement and the UK’s new digital markets competition regime.

Her practice includes advising on complex commercial agreements and behavioural competition issues, particularly where competition and IP intersect. Many of her clients operate in high-technology and life sciences industries.
With a background in Mathematics and Competition Economics, Francion brings strong analytical and economic insight to technically complex competition matters.
