Shreya is a leading expert in financial valuation and competition economics, with particular expertise in disputes involving intellectual property (IP). She leads Oxera’s IP practice and frequently serves as an expert witness before courts and arbitral tribunals.

Shreya has advised on more than fifty disputes across a range of sectors including telecoms, hi-tech, life sciences and financial services. In IP disputes, her experience spans assessing reasonable royalties, hypothetical licence fees, accounts of profits, lost profits, and allegations of abuse of dominance. Beyond IP, Shreya brings wide-ranging expertise in counterfactual analysis and the quantification of damages in a variety of contexts.

Shreya was named Arbitration Expert of the Year by Lexology in 2025 and is recognised as a Global Elite Thought Leader in Lexology’s Arbitration directory for Expert Witnesses Under 45.
