Maria Chiara Cesarani is an Italian lawyer with over a decade of experience in Civil and Commercial Law and more than five years specializing in Intellectual Property and Dispute Resolution currently working for the IP boutique firm Studio Torta, Italy. She advises national and international clients on the management and protection of IP portfolios, supporting companies in safeguarding patents, trademarks, designs, and brand identity. Her expertise also spans contract drafting, transactional work, and corporate matters—including M&A—developed both in-house and within leading law firms.
