Roch is a Partner in the Digital, Creative and Commerce team at Lewis Silkin in London. Roch’s practice primarily focuses on advising companies on a wide range of projects involving digital media and new technologies, with particular focus on artificial intelligence.
He has previously completed secondments with prominent media and tech industry companies, including Bauer Media, ITV and Amazon Web Services. He has recently worked with the Centre for AI and Digital Policy in Washington, contributing to their report on Artificial Intelligence and Democratic Values, and with the IAPP on their AI Governance Professional Handbook. In 2024, he was also involved in drafting the UK Society for Computers & Law (SCL)’s EU AI Act Contractual Clauses.
Roch gives guest lectures on AI at King’s College London and is a regular contributor on tech-related topics to industry publications in US, UK and Poland. He is also listed as a Key Lawyer across three categories – “Artificial Intelligence”, “Commercial Contracts” and “TMT: IT and Telco” categories in the Legal500 directory.
