Rebecca is a senior associate in the Patents and Innovation Group at Taylor Wessing. Her practice is focused on contentious patent matters and she has considerable knowledge of and experience in the Life Sciences and Healthcare and Technology, Media and Communications sectors.

Rebecca regularly acts for clients in the English High Court and Court of Appeal and the UPC. She has also advised on UK IPO and EPO proceedings. Rebecca has a track record of working on complex, high-value and multi-jurisdictional patent cases for leading international pharmaceutical and medical device companies and global telecommunication businesses, many of whom she has acted for across multiple disputes and forums.

Prior to qualifying as a solicitor Rebecca worked in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector, negotiating clinical trials and R&D related contracts for a leading cancer research organisation and latterly a global healthcare business.
