Dr. Margarete Rittstieg is an Associate Partner at COHAUSZ & FLORACK in Düsseldorf, Germany. She is a German and European Patent Attorney as well as a UPC Representative. She advises German and international clients on all aspects of intellectual property, with particular emphasis on opposition proceedings at the EPO, the preparation of litigation campaigns, including infringement assessments and reverse-engineering coordination, and patent litigation before German courts and the Unified Patent Court.
