In her current role, she focuses on regulatory affairs, delivering pragmatic, business-focused legal solutions in a fast-paced technology environment. Previously, she served as Legal Counsel within ASML’s Contracting Team, where she built deep expertise in commercial contracting, and negotiation on a global scale.
Rafaella holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Law and Technology from Tilburg University in the Netherlands and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Ibmec in Brazil. She is a Brazilian-qualified lawyer and a graduate honored with a Summa Cum Laude distinction.
With over seven years of professional experience spanning commercial contracting, data protection, intellectual property, and cross-border collaboration, Rafaella brings a uniquely international perspective to her work. She is passionate about the intersection of artificial intelligence, data, and the law, and is fluent in Portuguese and English. Rafaella is based in the Netherlands.
