David Bryant is a senior life sciences executive and advisor based in London, currently serving as Non Executive Advisor (EU & UK) to Healthcare Royalty, a US based investment fund specialising in non dilutive royalty, synthetic royalty, and structured financing solutions. He advises on European investments, participates in investment and business development committees, and represents Healthcare Royalty across EU and UK industry forums.

David has more than three decades of experience across multinational pharmaceutical companies and growth stage healthcare businesses, with deep expertise in product acquisitions, in and out licensing, royalty monetisation, global access strategies, and corporate M&A. He was a founding member and senior executive of Clinigen Group, playing a central role in its IPO, international expansion, multiple asset transactions, and £1.6bn private equity acquisition. He also serves as Non Executive Director at Avacta Therapeutics, a UK listed biotechnology company.
