Padraic O’ Neachtain leads public affairs and communications across a diversified Irish business, working at the intersection of brand, public policy, media and stakeholder engagement.
His role centres on shaping long-term brand confidence and trust, ensuring alignment between business strategy, public positioning and regulatory environments, while supporting growth, planning and reputation management across multiple sectors.
He works closely with senior management, colleagues and external stakeholders to position the organisation credibly with the public, communities, suppliers and government. His responsibilities include overseeing strategic messaging, advocacy, sponsorship partnerships and media engagement, as well as ensuring consistency across both above- and below-the-line platforms.
Earlier in his career, Padraic worked in broadcast media with RTÉ, combining editorial judgement with live presentation and production. This experience continues to inform a practical, audience-aware approach to communications, brand and public engagement.
He is based in the west of Ireland and has extensive experience operating at a national level.
